Our most recent project is a complete renovation of a Belmont-Hillsboro neighborhood cottage at 1904 Sweetbriar Avenue in Nashville, Tennessee. Built in 1935, the original home offered approximately 1,600 square feet of living space. The renovation project included building an addition and reconfiguring existing space into an updated floor plan designed for today’s lifestyle. The finished home retains the charm and convenience of one of Nashville’s popular, urban neighborhoods while offering 3 or 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and 2,980 square feet. This unique property is situated between 21st Avenue and Belmont Boulevard, and is within minutes of Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities, Music Row, area hospitals, downtown and I-440.
